We talk about what’s worth fixing and what absolutely isn’t. We talk about what the first ten days should look like, because in this market the first ten days are usually the whole game.

Then I do the work. Six years across Wake County and the wider Triangle, from a $245,000 condo in Durham to a $1.05 million property in Cary. That range is the point. It means I price a Clayton ranch and a Cary custom build with the same discipline, because the same thing is true of both.

And you’ll hear from me. Good news or bad, Tuesday or Sunday. That part isn’t a marketing promise, it’s just how I was raised.
